Athlone Agri Show welcomes the return of Cattle to the show this year.

We have 17 classes featuring Hereford , Angus,Commercial and a young handlers Class.

The Irish Shows Association and the Department of Agriculture presents the Breeder's Choice Continental 4*or 5* Breeding Heifer sponsored by the Department of Agriculture with prize money of e750.00.

We also feature 2 classes in the commercial section generously sponsored by Kepak with total prize money of e1000.00.
